
TutorTrac
Students can easily schedule face-to-face consultations or KnightOWL appointments (online and phone consultations) using the University Writing Center's TutorTrac. Make sure to schedule your appointment for the writing center on the campus you attend. You can search for available appointments at the Cocoa and Daytona Beach campuses, or KnightOWL Phone and Online consultations, by changing the "Center" in TutorTrac.

Why TutorTrac?
TutorTrac software allows the UWC to safely schedule and track student consultations. The software also allows us to gather valuable data about our clientele that will allow us to evaluate our service and practices.

How do I make an appointment with TutorTrac?
From the TutorTrac sign-in page, enter your PID, NID, or B#.
- Hover over "Go to . . ."
- Select "Make an Appointment"
- Select Center (e.g. Orlando_Undergraduate)
- Select Date Range. It's best to select no more criteria than this.
- Click SEARCH
- Scroll down and click on your desired time frame
- Select the exact time and duration of your appointment
- Click save

Am I automatically registered to use TutorTrac at the UWC?
All UCF students are automatically populated into the UWC's TutorTrac system. TutorTrac interfaces directly with UCF's Peoplesoft to generate accurate and timely student data. Community college students can use TutorTrac after coming to the UWC to register.

What information will I need to use use TutorTrac?
You will need your UCF NID to log in to TutorTrac. If you are a community college student at one of UCF's Regional Campuses (e.g., UCF Daytona Beach or UCF Cocoa), you will use the respective ID from that campus, if it is different from the NID.
